United Way Of Albany Co. Needs Allocation Panel Volunteers

We’re looking for more great volunteers for the United Way 2023 Campaign Allocation’s Panels. Panel Volunteers review nonprofit requests for funding, tour organizations, and meet as a team to recommend funding amounts.

This is a great opportunity for community members to see firsthand our local nonprofits and the work they do in the community. These panels will meet on April 22nd – 25th from 7:45 am – 1:15 pm, and United Way will be providing lunch for all volunteers. Our team asks that you only volunteer for one panel.

In addition, to avoid conflicts of interest, board members of any of our 16 Community Partners cannot volunteer on allocation panels. Please let me know if you have any questions.
