October 6, 2025 – LARAMIE, WY – Some City of Laramie Offices have temporarily relocated while the Basement of City Hall and the City Hall Annex building are renovated. 

The following offices have been temporarily relocated to the Laramie Boomerang building, 320 East Grand Avenue;

1. Fire Prevention
2. Information Technology
3. Planning
4. Code Administration
5. Code Enforcement
6. Environmental Health
7. Community and Economic Development
8. Human Resources

Additionally, Finance and Administrative Services have been relocated to the City of Laramie North Campus, 4373 North 3^rd Street.

Hours and contact information will remain the same for all of the departments listed above. Only their physical locations have moved. These offices are expected to move back to their City Hall campus locations in approximately 14 months. 

Utility Billing and Municipal Court remain open and operating in City Hall, 406 East Ivinson Avenue. If you are paying a utility bill or municipal citation, please continue to visit City Hall. Even if construction is active near the entrance, the building remains open to the public.
