The Laramie Town and Gown Association (LTGA), in partnership with the University of Wyoming, is excited to announce the Grand Opening Celebration of the Pokes Center for Community Resources (PCCR), Pokes Pantry, and Violence Prevention Offices. This milestone event underscores the powerful collaboration between campus and community to address the needs of students, staff, and families in Laramie.

The LTGA’s mission of fostering positive, productive relationships between the University of Wyoming and the greater Laramie community aligns with this initiative’s goals of improving lives through access to essential resources, fostering inclusivity, and creating opportunities for collaboration.

What to Expect:

• Informational Video and Meet the Staff: Learn about the missions of the PCCR, Pokes Pantry, and Violence Prevention Offices, and meet the dedicated teams driving these efforts.
• Open House: Tour the facilities and discover how these spaces are designed to serve the needs of students and the broader community. The Pokes Pantry and Clothing Closet will also be open for use and donations.
• Fajita Bar Dinner: Share a meal provided by UW Catering and enjoy meaningful conversations with attendees.
• Partner Tabling and Networking: Engage with representatives from the LTGA, campus, and local organizations that are uniting to make a difference in our community.
