On April 17, 2025, Laramie Elks Lodge 582 presented a check to IAFF Local 946 in the amount of $40,960.80.  These funds were acquired through the Tacos & Margarita’s for a Cause to support injured City of Laramie Firefighters.  

On April 4^th over 750 caring community members visited Laramie Elks Lodge 582 for all you can eat tacos, margarita specials, a silent auction, and entertainment provided by Altered Images Blues Band.  Through the entry fee, donations collected at the event, and a silent auction, our community was able to provide this donation to help support our injured firefighters throughout their recovery.

The Laramie Elks Lodge 582 would like to thank everyone who contributed to this event.  Without the support of our members, individual/business donors, and our community this event would not have been a success.
