The Albany County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating Victor Dorokhov, 22, from North Carolina. Victor was last seen Wednesday, December 17th, at 9:00 a.m. His vehicle reportedly broke down on I-80 while he was traveling to Portland, Oregon.
