Back in December, we shared with you the first half of this video showing the teardown of the then-dilapidated Dowlin Diversion and dam. The structure was over 100 years old and badly needed some upgrades so that the City could continue using and protecting the water rights it has there on the Laramie River.

The second half of this video shows the completion of the new Diversion and dam, complete with a fish ladder. View the video at this link.
