A crash just after 1am Feb. 8th has claimed the life of a Laramie resident. A GMC Yukon with 6 total people inside crested a hill at milepost 4.14 on Sand creek Road south of Laramie when the rear end lost traction with the road. The driver over corrected when trying to keep the vehicle on the road but the vehicle ended up rolling. An unbuckled passenger, identified as Johanna Quintanilla, died due to her injuries. There were injuries among 4 of the other 5 people in the vehicle. No further details were shared
