Following the announcement of the upcoming departure of City Manager Janine Jordan, Laramie City Council has appointed Assistant City Manager Todd Feezer as Interim City Manager effective December 16^th, 2025.

CITY OF LARAMIE, WYOMING
RESOLUTION 2025-86
RESOLUTION APPOINTMENT OF TODD FEEZER AS INTERIM CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, City Manager Janine Jordan submitted her resignation letter to City Council as City
Manager effective December 15, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has the authority provided in W.S. 15-4-202 and Laramie Municipal
Code 2.08.010 to appoint a new City Manager; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has chosen to appoint an interim City Manager; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has elected to appoint an Interim City Manager based off
qualifications and experience.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF LARAMIE, WYOMING, RESOLVES:
SECTION 1. That, City Council appoints Todd Feezer as Interim City Manager.
Section 2. This appointment shall be effective on December 16, 2025.
