The City of Laramie is planning infrastructure improvements on Ivinson Avenue from 6th Street to  the alley between 8th and 9th Street as part of the Ivinson Infrastructure Upgrades – Phase I  Project. The project will include: replacement of approximately 875 feet of sanitary sewer line;  full-width surfacing rehabilitation, including asphalt replacement and mill/overlay; curb and  gutter removal/replacement in select areas; Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ramp  improvements. Construction is scheduled for Summer 2025 and will temporarily limit access to  Ivinson Avenue between 5th and 9th Streets, with possible temporary utility disruptions for  nearby property owners.
