The Laramie Parks & Recreation Department is seeking applicants for
full time summer jobs as Summer Camp Youth Activity Leaders and part time Customer
Service positions at the Laramie Recreation Center.

Summer Camp Leaders will work with gradeschool aged children during the nine week
Adventure Kids program leading a variety of games, crafts and activities with small groups.
These positions provide great experience and skill development for those individuals
pursuing careers in education. Staff are supervised by an experienced staff of senior leaders
and hourly wages range from $11.48-$13.48 per hour depending on experience and
qualifications.

The Customer Service office at the Recreation Center also has multiple positions open for
energetic, friendly individuals who are interested in serving the community when they use the
facilities at the Recreation Center. These positions assist with patron registration and check-in,
concessions sales and also provide general information about parks and recreation to the
community. Wages range from $10.48-$13.48 per hour depending on experience and
qualifications with an opportunity for advancement based on successful completion of training
modules.

These positions are also eligible for free credit hours at LCCC and Free Membership at the
