3rd Street north of Grand Avenue will be reopened Saturday, September 9th as the 3rd Street Water Line project progresses south. The next phase of construction will commence on 3rd Street between Grand Avenue and Kearney Street (keeping both Grand Ave. and Kearney Street intersections open to traffic).
