We have received reports of phone service disruptions within Albany County and across the state is affecting County offices as well as 911 calls and calls to the non-emergency dispatch number.

Additional disruptions have been reported trying to contact Ivinson Memorial Hospital.

The issue appears to be affecting Verizon customers.
