In honor of Historic Preservation Month in May, Downtown Laramie re launched their facade grant program. Any business or building owner located in the downtown district is eligible to apply. There are three categories of grants: 1) Signage – up to $1,000  2) Maintenance – up to $2,000 and 3) Renovation/preservation – up to $5,000. 

There are several criteria that must be met including providing a cash match and actively participating in community support. The Design team will review applications on the first Wednesday of each month until the $40,000 gift from Paul Etchepare has been exhausted.
