The City of Laramie, Wyoming is commissioning an artist or artist team to create an interactive artwork to fill a space previously occupied by a small flower garden. This space, which is 6 feet wide by 19 feet long, sits at the front door to City Hall.

This is a unique opportunity for an artist or artist team to create an engaging artwork in public space. The City is hoping for an artwork that includes some level of interaction, up to interpretation by the artist(s).
